Tell us about harassment, unsafe work, unpaid wages, fee requests or anything else that is wrong. You can stay anonymous, and you will not be punished for reporting.

Reports go to Alto HR leadership, not to the people you report.

What you can report

Pay problems
Unpaid hours, missing overtime, wrong deductions or late pay.
Unsafe work
Hazards, missing safety equipment, or being told to work while hurt.
Harassment or discrimination
By anyone at Alto HR or at a client site.
Fees or held documents
Anyone asking you for money, or holding your passport or ID.
Housing problems
Unsafe, overcrowded or misrepresented housing.
Anything else
Fraud, threats, or anything that does not feel right.

What happens after you report

Alto HR leadership reviews every report promptly and confidentially. We look into what happened, take action to stop any misconduct, and, if you left contact details, tell you what we can about the outcome. We share information only with the people who need it to investigate and fix the problem, or with authorities where required.
