We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. Here is how to use every other choice you have.
What you can ask us to do
See your information
Get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correct it
Fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
Delete it
Remove your information, unless the law requires us to keep it, such as payroll records.
Stop contact
Stop calls, texts or emails about jobs. Reply STOP to any text for immediate effect.
How to make a request
Email info@altohr.com with "Privacy request" in the subject, or call (850) 805-3774. Tell us what you would like us to do and how to reach you.
To protect you, we confirm your identity before we share or delete anything, usually by matching details you already gave us. You can use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof that you authorized them.
What happens next
We confirm we received your request and respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we tell you why. If we cannot do all of what you ask, for example because the law requires us to keep payroll records, we explain what we can do. You can ask us to reconsider by replying to our answer. We never treat you differently for making a request.
