Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Supervisor

About the Role

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve deli items, baked goods, and other specialty products according to company standards.

  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

  • Product Display: Arrange and maintain attractive displays of deli and bakery items, ensuring products are fresh and appealing.

  • Safety and Sanitation: Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist with inventory counts.

Requirements

  • Friendly and positive attitude

  • Basic math skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent desired

  • 0-1 years of retail experience desired

  • Effective communication and customer service skills

  • Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs
