About the Role

  • Bagging Groceries: Efficiently and carefully bag customers' groceries, ensuring items are packed safely and securely.

  • Customer Assistance: Assist customers with carrying their groceries to their vehicles and provide any additional help they may need.

  • Cart Management: Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the store, ensuring carts are always available for customers.

  • Store Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the bagging area and other parts of the store, ensuring a neat and orderly environment.

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to all customers, addressing their needs and enhancing their overall shopping experience

Requirements

  • Friendly and positive attitude

  • Excellent customer service

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to make change

  • Basic math skills

  • Attention to detail


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent desired

  • 0-1 years of retail experience desired

  • Effective communication and customer service skills

  • Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs
